What is the eligibility criteria for SSC JE?

To apply for SSC JE, you must have a diploma or degree in engineering (relevant stream) from a recognized institution. You must also be between 18 and 30/32 years of age as on January 1 of the year of examination.

To prepare for SSC JE, you should follow the syllabus and exam pattern prescribed by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). You should also practice previous years' papers and mock tests to improve your speed and accuracy. You should also revise the important topics and formulas regularly.

What is the selection process for SSC JE? +

The selection process for SSC JE consists of two stages: Paper-I and Paper II. Paper-I is a computer-based test (CBT) with objective-type questions. From the year 2023, Paper II is also the Computer-based objective-type examination. The final merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained in both papers.
