PM SSC Prime: Includes everything in Pro PLUS the SSC Speed Test Series (17,000+ Questions),Topic Tests, Previous Year Questions, Quant & English Video Courses, and the Computer PDF Course. It is designed for deeper practice and conceptual clarity.

Q.3 How do I attempt Banking Topic Tests and Mini Mock Tests?

To access Topic Tests and Mini Mocks, you need to subscribe to at least the PM Banking Pro plan. These features are also included in PM Banking Prime and PM Infinity.

Q.4 What is the validity of the new PM plans?

Validity depends on the duration you choose at the time of purchase:
12-Month Plan: Valid for 365 days.
6-Month Plan: Valid for 182 days.

Q.5 Can I renew my subscription before it expires?

Yes. If you renew the same subscription before the expiry date, the new validity period is added to your remaining days. For example, renewing a 12-month plan 50 days before expiry results in a total validity of 415 days. Note: Validity merging only applies to identical plans.

Q.6 Will I have access to my tests after the subscription expires?

No. Once your plan expires, you lose access to unattempted tests as well as the solutions and analytics of your attempted tests.

Q.7 Does the PDF Course cover both Prelims and Mains?

Yes. The Banking PDF Course in PM Banking Prime and PM Infinity is comprehensive, covering everything from Clerical Prelims level to high-level PO Mains questions with detailed explanations.

Q.8 Why are mock tests for certain major exams not showing in my dashboard?

Mock tests for major exams are typically added to the dashboard once the official notification for that specific exam is released to ensure the content remains updated with the latest pattern.

Q.9 What is included in the PM Infinity?

PM Infinity is our most comprehensive plan. It will give you a pass to access anything & everything on PracticeMock. It includes everything in Banking Prime, SSC Prime and Regulatory Prime (RBI Grade B, SEBI, NABARD).

Q.10 What is the PracticeMock money-back guarantee?

If you are unsatisfied, you can claim a refund within 6 days of purchase, provided you have attempted no more than 2 tests.
Exceptions: No refunds on Downloadable PDF Courses. Video course refunds must be claimed within 24 hours.
Note: Refunds are not applicable to users who have purchased the same subscription more than once.

Q.11 Can I get a refund for a PDF Course or a Combo containing one?

No. Since PDF files are immediately downloadable upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on PDF Courses or any combo packs that include them.

Q.12 What happens if my internet disconnects during a live mock test?

Don't worry; your progress is saved automatically. You should close the test window and resume from the same state once your connectivity is restored.

Q.13 Can I attempt a mock test more than once?

For most plans, a test can be attempted only once. However, you can review solutions and use the "Reattempt Mode" (to solve incorrect/skipped questions without a timer) as many times as you like.
Exceptions: PM Banking Prime/PM SSC Prime/PM Regulatory Prime/PM Infinity users enjoy Unlimited Reattempts for each mock test included in their plan.

Q.14 When will I see my All-India Rank?

Your score, All-India rank, and percentile are generated immediately upon submission. Note that your rank and percentile are dynamic and will update as more aspirants attempt the same test.
