Karnataka Bank has released the notification for Officers (Scale-I) vacancies. These vacancies are an excellent opportunity for those aspirants who want to make an entry into the banking sector. Post Graduates in any discipline (from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India/ UGC/other Govt. regulatory Bodies) are eligible to apply (Excluding Post Graduate Diplomas/One year Executive-MBA).
Note: Candidates should be a Post-Graduate as on 01-12-2022. Candidates who are awaiting results or pursuing post-graduation shall not be eligible to apply.

An online test will be conducted which is tentatively scheduled in the month of February 2023. The examination centers will be at Bengaluru, Chennai, Dharwad/Hubballi, Hyderabad, Mangaluru, Mumbai, Mysuru, New Delhi and Shivamogga.Candidates who are successful in the online test will be called for an interview at Bank's Head Office, Mangaluru or any other place as decided by the Bank. No allowances/reimbursement will be payable/made for attending the test/interview.
Selected candidates should execute a Bond to work for a minimum period of three years failing which they are required to pay the liquidated damages as may be prescribed in the appointment offer

Selected candidates will have to undergo an ‘Induction Training Programme' at Bank's Staff Training College, Mangaluru or any other place as decided by the Bank at their own cost. On successful completion of the said training programme, they will be posted to any of the Branches/Offices of the Bank. They will be on probation for a period of one year and on satisfactory completion of the probationary period, will be confirmed, subject to rules and regulations of the Bank.
This is going to be an exciting news for banking aspirants. The CTC of a Karnataka Bank PO is Rs 84,000 per month.
