This presents a great opportunity for individuals aspiring to begin their banking career. A total of 600 positions are available to grab for the year 2024.
IDBI Bank has partnered with Manipal Global Education Services Private Limited (MGES), located in Bengaluru, and Nitte Education International Pvt. Ltd (NEIPL) in Greater Noida. They offer training in Banking and Finance to young graduates who wish to work with IDBI Bank. The training includes 6 months of classroom studies at the respective campuses, followed by a 2-month internship and a 4-month On Job Training (OJT) at IDBI Bank branches/offices/centers. Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will receive a PGDBF Diploma and be employed as Junior Assistant Managers (Grade 'O') at IDBI Bank, provided they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the advertisement. Depending on availability and business needs, IDBI Bank will select candidates from the West and South Zones through Manipal (MGES) Bengaluru, and from the East and North Zones through Nitte (NEIPL) Greater Noida.
