Here are the candidates who cannot apply for the upcoming SBI Clerk 2022 exam:
The candidates must be either a
(ii) Citizen of India or
(ii) A subject of Nepal or
(iii) A subject of Bhutan or
(iv) A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
(v) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania
(vi) Migrated students need to read the details provided by SBI through the brochure.
Yes, final year degree candidates can also apply for SBI Clerk 2022 exam provisionally. Those candidates who are in the final year/semester of their graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected. They will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 16.08. 2021.
Candidates aspiring to qualify for the SBI clerk 2022 exam must be of 20 years of age or above as of January 1, 2022, and must not exceed 28 years of age, i.e. the aspirants should have been born not later than 01.04.

The official 2021 notification mentioned nothing regarding the percentage requirement. You need to fill in the percentage obtained in graduation nearest to two decimals in the online application. In case your college/university awards CGPA/ OGPA, the same should be converted into a percentage and indicated in the online application. If selected for the interview, the candidate will have to produce a certificate issued by the appropriate authority stating the norms of the University regarding the conversion of Grade into a Percentage.

A. There is no limit on the number of attempts in the SBI Clerk. Candidates within the prescribed age limit can apply for the exam.
