The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a special advertisement for the recruitment of Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer (EO/AO) in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Ministry of Labour and Employment. The UPSC EPFO EO notification was published on 25th February 2023 and the last date to apply online is March 17, 2023. The UPSC EPFO EO exam date is July 2, 2023, which leaves you around 2 and a half months for your preparation.

There are a total of 418 vacancies for the post of Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer in EPFO, out of which 204 are unreserved, 78 are OBC, 57 are SC, 28 are ST, and 51 are EWS. There are also 25 vacancies reserved for candidates belonging to category of Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD).
The UPSC EPFO EO notification also informs the candidates about the pay scale, age limit, educational qualification, and experience required for the post of Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer in EPFO. The pay scale is Level-8 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. The age limit is 30 years as on 21st March 2023. The educational qualification is a Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized university or institute. The experience required is two years of experience in Accounts, Administration/Legal Matters in any government or Listed-Private Organisation.
