The UPSC EPFO EO notification also describes the selection process and exam pattern for the UPSC EPFO EO recruitment 2023. The selection process consists of two stages: a written exam and an interview. The written exam will be of two hours duration and will carry a maximum of 300 marks. The written exam will consist of objective-type questions with multiple choices of answers. The written exam will cover topics such as General English, Indian Freedom Struggle, Current Events and Developmental Issues, Indian Polity and Economy, General Accounting Principles, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, General Science and Knowledge of Computer Applications, General Mental Ability and Quantitative Aptitude, and Social Security in India. The interview will carry a maximum of 100 marks.
