Before joining as probationers, the candidates appointed on regular payrolls of the company will be required to give an undertaking to serve the company for a minimum of five years, including a probationary period. They must submit a stamped bond duly executed by two sureties of sound financial standing for an amount equivalent to one year’s gross salary in addition to Rs 35,000 towards the partial cost of training.
