To+ Infinitive

When used as an infinitive marker ‘to’ is followed by the root verb. This concept is often asked in the SSC examination.

Use of Phrases

Sometimes in phrasal replacement phrasal verbs and few known phrases are being used such as ‘get used to’ etc.

Helping Verbs

It is an important concept to be known and where to fit helping verbs in a sentence. In different sentences helping verbs are placed differently. Helping verbs are placed differently in an interrogative sentence than an assertive sentence.

Usage of Correct Tense

Many questions are based on the correct usage of tenses. Though, this requires knowledge of tenses, but basic knowledge related to the tenses is enough and there is no need for the detailed knowledge.

Usage of Correct Preposition
