Q: Please brief us on when you start preparing for the competitive exams and how your preparation journey.

I’m Kshitij Verma. I cleared the IBPS Clerk Exam. I started my preparation in 2021, since then I have been struggling to clear mains, then my elder one told me to go through PM mocks…

Q: Which exams have you appeared for to date, and what were their results?

IBPS RRB PO, RRB CLERK, IBPS CLERK, IBPS PO, SBI CLERK.

Q: How did you prepare for the English section?

Some YouTube videos to learn the concept, and then I used to takea daily mock from PM so that my English can improve, so that’s my daily routine.

Q: How did you prepare for the Quantitative Aptitude section?

I went through topic-wise explanation from videos and then switched to PM mocks to get a practical understanding, and mock explanations helped me a lot.

Q: How did you prepare for the Reasoning section?

I learned concepts from videos, then it was my daily routine to attempt some puzzles and take mock tests daily to enhance my concept, so PM mocks helped me a lot in revising and solving puzzles quickly.

Q: What was your strategy for the General Awareness section?

Reading newspapers and keeping updated through other resources like PracticeMock’s Bazooka.

Q: What was your overall strategy? Did you follow a study schedule? If yes, please share the details.

My overall strategy was to first of all revise the concepts again and again, and then solve daily at least one mock to get my speed and practical approach in order to make PRE and MAINS real exams one step easier.

Q: Did you face any hurdles as well? How did you overcome it?

I faced many hurdles during preparation, sometimes underconfident and self-doubt made me feel low, but whenever I attempted mocks, and after that high percentile, it made me confident and made me believe that I can do it too.
