Final Results of SSC GD have been released. Here are the details:

SSC GD exam consists of four stages: Computer-Based Examination (CBE), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) and Detailed Medical Examination (DME). The CBE is an online test that contains 100 objective-type questions from four sections: General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics and English/Hindi. The CBE is conducted for 90 minutes and carries a total of 100 marks. There is negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

The SSC GD exam 2023 has already taken place. The SSC GD Constable Notification 2023 was released by the Commission on October 27, 2022 to fill 45284 constable positions for both men and women. The online registration process was active till November 30, 2022.

The SSC GD exam results are declared by the Commission on its official website (ssc.nic.in) after each stage of the selection process. The candidates who qualify the CBE are eligible to appear for the PET/PST, which are physical tests that assess the candidates’ fitness and endurance levels. The candidates who clear the PET/PST are shortlisted for the DME, which is a medical test that checks the candidates’ health and eyesight conditions. The final merit list of the selected candidates is prepared based on their performance in the CBE, subject to their qualifying the PET/PST and DME.

The SSC GD exam results are usually declared within a few months after the completion of each stage. The candidates can check their SSC GD exam results by following these steps:

  • Visit the official website of SSC (ssc.nic.in).
  • Click on the ‘Result’ tab on the homepage.
  • Select the ‘GD-Constable’ option from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on the relevant link for the SSC GD exam results for each stage.
  • A PDF file will open containing the list of qualified candidates along with their roll numbers and names.
  • Search for your roll number or name using Ctrl+F or scroll down the list.
  • Download and save the PDF file for future reference.
