The General Intelligence & Reasoning section has 50 questions, each carrying one mark. The topics covered in this section include analogies, classification, coding-decoding, series, syllogism, blood relations, direction sense, ranking, puzzles, non-verbal reasoning, etc. You should familiarize yourself with the syllabus and the types of questions asked in this section.

Practice mock tests and previous year papers

The best way to improve your speed and accuracy in this section is to practice as much as possible. There is no exception or shortcut to this. You should revise the concepts and formulas related to the topics in this section before the exam. You should also make notes of the important points and tricks that can help you solve questions faster and easier. You should also revise the mock tests and previous year papers that you have solved and learn from your mistakes.

Stay calm and confident

You should not panic or get nervous during the exam. Panicking in the examination hall will not help you in any situation. Remember: if the questions are tough for you, they are tough for a majority of the applicants as well. You should trust your preparation and skills and attempt the questions with confidence.
