SSC CGL Shift Timing 2024: The SSC will start the conducting of the SSC CGL exam from 9th September 2024. The SSC CGL 2024 exam will be conducted in three shifts daily. These three shifts will be held in the Morning, afternoon, and the Evening. The first shift will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, the second shift will be held from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM and the final shift is from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. These timings hold for all examination days whereby in total, 36 shifts will be covered in the whole examination period. Candidates should know their shift in case they are conducting exams throughout the day to make sure that they get to the exam center early. SSC CGL Shift Timing 2024

General Instructions For SSC CGL Exam 2024
The SSC will conduct the SSC CGL Exam 2024. Before that, the SSC will release the SSC CGL Admit Card 2024, a mandatory document that candidates are required to bring with them at the examination hall. There are some instructions provided to the candidates regarding the SSC CGL Exam. Below, we have provided all the instructions that candidates should keep in mind at the time of examination.

Documents Required: There are some documents required at the examination hall that candidates must keep with them to get entry for the exam. Documents are SSC CGL Admit Card, 2 recent colored photographs, and a valid government-issued photo ID.

Check the Admit Card Carefully: The Admit Card is a mandatory document that provides the details of the exam venue, shift timing, candidate’s details, and much more. Candidates must check their exam venue and shift timing very carefully and are advised to visit the exam venue before the day of the exam to avoid delay on the day of the exam.
Items Allowed: Candidates are advised to bring only those items that are allowed at the examination hall. They must keep their valid photo ID card, 2 photograph, and their admit card.
Items Not Allowed: Candidates are highly advised to not bring any electronic items, calculators, mobile phones, smartwatches, books, bags, etc. Mentioned items are not allowed at the examination hall. Also, they must wear simple and light clothes and avoid any rings, ornaments, etc.
