Syllogism is a problem-solving technique that usually requires the determination of the truth or otherwise of conclusions based on stated facts. The SSC presents these types of questions to check the candidate’s understanding of statements. Candidates are advised to use the drawing of Venn diagrams as a way of depicting the relationships.
