SSC CGL Tier 1 exam was held from July 14 to 27, 2023 in online mode across the country. A total of 25.6 lakh candidates had registered for the exam, out of which 18.9 lakh appeared. SSC CGL Tier 1 exam had 100 questions of two marks each, divided into four sections: General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension. The total duration of the exam was one hour.

Steps to Check SSC CGL Results

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has conducted the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 1 examination from August 13 to August 24, 2023. The candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results on the official website of SSC. Here are the steps to check SSC CGL Tier 1 Results:

1. Visit the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the link that says “SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2023”.
3. A new page will open where you will have to enter your registration number and password.
4. Click on the submit button and your result will be displayed on the screen.
5. You can download and print your result for future reference.

SSC CGL 2023 Tier 1 Results Details

The SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2023 will show your marks, rank and qualifying status for the next stage of the exam, which is Tier 2. The SSC CGL Tier 2 exam is scheduled to be held from October 25-27, 2023. The candidates who qualify in Tier 2 will have to appear for Tier 3 and Tier 4 exams, which are descriptive paper and skill test respectively. The final selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in all the four tiers of the exam.
