• Basic knowledge of computers is preferable.

SIDBI Grade A Selection Process

The SIDBI Grade A selection process involves an online test followed by an interview. The CBT (Computer Based Test) consists of 160 questions with a time duration of 2 hours. For every wrong answer, candidates penalized 0.25 marks. The Descriptive test consists of 3 types of questions with total marks of 50 and a time duration of 60 minutes. A descriptive test is conducted after the online CBT exam.
