Note: 

1. Candidates who are applying for SIDBI Grade A can make the payment by using Debit Cards (RuPay / Visa / Master Card / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards, or Mobile Wallets by entering the required information as prompted on the screen.
2. Once the Fees are submitted, it cannot be refunded.
3. Avoid clicking the back or refresh button.

Prior to the SIDBI Grade A online application, applicants must possess a scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature, following the provided specifications.

Candidates are required to upload a handwritten declaration in the specified format within the designated area in the SIDBI Grade A online application for 2023. The specifications for the handwritten declaration are as follows:

• 800 X 400 pixels 
• 200 DPI 
• 10 cm X 5 cm [W X H] 
• File size: 50 kb- 100 kb 
• jpg/jpeg
• On white paper 
• With Black ink
• Scanned 
• Must be in English 
• Must not be in CAPITAL LETTERS

The content for the handwritten declaration is as follows:

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

SIDBI Grade A Apply Online: Procedure to Upload the Documents

• When completing the Online Application Form, the candidate will be presented with distinct links for uploading their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.
• Select the corresponding link for “Uploading Photograph / Signature / Left Thumb Impression / Handwritten Declaration.”
• Browse and Select the location where the Scanned Photograph / signature / left thumb impression / hand written declaration file has been saved. 
• Choose the file by clicking on it
