SEBI Grade A Phase-I Exam is a n online screening examination consists of two papers (MCQ Type- 100 marks per paper). Here are all the details of the distribution of marks:

Note: There are two papers, each with 100 marks with a negative marking for wrong answers. In the case of Phase-I, ¼ of the marks assigned to each question will be deducted for wrong answers. Plus. only the candidates who will qualify the cutoff of Phase-I will be eligible to attempt Phase-II of SEBI Grade A.

Note:

  • Candidates shortlisted for Phase II will be issued new Hall Tickets.
  • Paper-II will be conducted in various shifts for the candidates applying in multiple streams, the timings of which will be intimated in the Hall Ticket.
  • There is a provision of negative marking of 1/4th for Paper 2 in Phase II (not applicable for applicants of the IT stream).
  • An aggregate mark of 40% has to be acquired in phase-I to qualify for Phase-II.
  • Candidates who will qualify the Phase II will only be called for the final stage of the Interview.
  • The list of those selected candidates for the Interview will be made available on SEBI website.
