The Mains exam will be conducted on 13th May 2023. Phase 2 is divided into two papers i.e. Paper 1 & Paper 2. Check out the detailed exam pattern below:

  • New Hall Tickets will be issued to the candidates who make it to Phase II.
  • Paper 2 in Phase II will have negative marking (1/4th of marks assigned to the question) for wrong answers.
  • Paper 1 and Paper 2 in Phase II will have minimum cut-offs of 30% and 40% respectively.
  • Candidates will have to clear the cut-offs in each paper as well as the aggregate cut-off of 40% in the Phase II exam (weightage of 1/3rd for Paper 1 and 2/3rd for Paper 2) to qualify for Phase III.
  • Based on the criteria above, candidates equaling 3 times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted, in order of merit, for Phase III i.e. the Interview. The IFSCA website will display the list of candidates shortlisted for Interviews.
