Behavioural Decision Making In it, you may have to solve questions with everyday situations, where dealings with people of different temperaments at the same time is required. But your decisions may not be the right choice. So, you have to keep in mind the reactions or results that can be a result of your choices.
Managerial Decision Making These questions provide a scenario where you will have to assume yourself as the manager. Then you will be required to take a decision to tackle various situations related to your team members.
Mathematical Decision Making These questions are somewhat like DI (Data Interpretation) or Logical Reasoning questions. You will have to carefully analyze the given data or information to solve the questions.
Data Arrangements Based Decision Making You will get a question with a lot of data which you will have to arrange or organize before solving the follow-up questions.
Eligibility Criteria based Decision Making In these types of questions, you will be required to the recruitment of particular personnel from various eligibility criteria. You will have to choose the most eligible candidate for the post.
