SBI (State Bank of India) offers Pre-Recruitment Training (PET or PRT) at certain centres for eligible candidates from SC/ ST/ XS / Religious Minority Community. It is conducted in agreement with the guidelines issued by the Government of India. SBI releases the SBI PO admit card for the Pre-Exam Training on its official website.

(i) Objective Test: The objective test of 3 hours duration consists of 4 Sections for total 200 marks. The objective test will have separate timing for every section.
(ii) Descriptive Test: The Descriptive Test of 30 minutes duration with two questions for 50 marks will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay).
Candidates get the Pre-Exam Training by filling online application form for SBI PO exam. The training is absolutely free, but the other expenses including travel, food and lodging are to be borne by the candidate.

Some candidates are eligible for the training. These candidates include SC/ST/Religious Minority Community candidates who desire to get the training at their own cost.
