Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Those who are in the Final Year/ Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for an interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2023. As per the notification, the starting basic pay of a Probationary Officer (PO) is Rs 41,960/- as mentioned in the official SBI PO notification. In addition, there are 4 advance increments in it. This increment is in the scale of 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I. Selected POs will also get D.A., H.R.A./ Lease rental, C.C.A., CPF Medical, and other allowances and perquisites from time to time. The bank will arrange pre-examination training (PET) online mode for SC/ ST/ OBC/Religious Minority Community candidates in consonance with the guidelines issued by the Government of India. The SBI PO 2024 admit card is a mandatory document that candidates will have to carry at the examination centre on the day of the exam.
