SBI PO FAQs 2021: Whenever a fresh notification is out some small-moderate changes do take place. Aspirants still have questions or doubts which are reasonable because a single notification has too much of information which can be tedious to go through in one go. What’s the last date for the submission of application fee?

The last for SBI PO 2021 application fee submission is 25.10.2021

What’s the exam date for SBI PO 2021?

The tentative dates as per the official notification are: Prelims – November/December 2021, Mains – December 2021

How many general vacancies are there in SBI PO 2021?

810 vacancies

What’s the pay-scale for SBI PO 2021?

The starting basic pay is 41,960/- (with 4 advance increments) in the scale of 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I.

Is 2 months enough for SBI PO?

It can be, especially for aspirants which have prepared over the course of last 2-3 months for exam like RRB PO, Clerk, IDBI, & SBI Clerk. You will have to follow a dedicated study plan.

Is there a Phase-III in SBI PO exam?

Yes, there is a Phase-III. 3rd Phase may comprise of (i) Interview only (50 marks) OR (ii) Interview (30 marks) & Group Exercises (20 marks). Candidates numbering up to 3 times (approx.) of the category wise vacancies will be shortlisted for Phase-III from the top of the category wise merit list subject to a candidate scoring the minimum aggregate qualifying score, as decided by the Bank.

Is there any negative marking in SBI PO?

Yes. Penalty for Wrong Answers (Applicable to both – Preliminary & Main Examination)
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, 1/4th of marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. if no answer is marked by candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
