The SEBI Grade A exam pattern 2022 consists of a total of three phases; Phase 1, Phase 2, and Personal Interview.
(on-line screening examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each),
Paper 1 – 100 Marks with a Duration of 1 hour having MCQs or Multiple-Choice Questions on Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English & GA with some questions on the financial sector.
Paper 2 – 100 Marks with a Duration of 40 minutes having Multiple-Choice Questions/MCQs on Commerce & Accounting, Companies Act, Finance & Management & Economics.

SEBI Grade, A 2022 Phase I Exam will entertain 2 papers: Paper I and Paper-II. Both the papers will invite Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Paper 1 will be common for all the streams, whereas the exam pattern of Paper 2 will vary according to various disciplines. Both the papers will be of 100 marks.
