The prelims stage is the first stage of the SBI Clerk Selection Process 2025. Candidates who have filled out the form will only be eligible to appear in the SBI Clerk prelims exam. The SBI Clerk prelims exam consists of three sections in which the SBI will ask 100 questions for 100 marks and there will be a negative marking of 1/4th marks. The mains stage is the second stage of the SBI Clerk Selection Process 2025. Candidates who pass the SBI Clerk prelims exam will be eligible to appear in the mains exam. The whole exam consists of four sections in which the SBI will ask 190 questions for 200 marks. To attempt this exam, candidates will get a total of 2 Hrs. 40 Min. which is further divided into sections. They are also informed that there will be a negative marking of 1/4th marks. The language proficiency test is the third stage of the SBI Clerk Selection Process 2025. Only those candidates who pass the mains exam will be called to attempt this stage. Candidates who can bring a 10th or 12th certificate that can certify that they have opted for the local language, don’t need to appear in the language proficiency test. Candidates will be disqualified who will not be able to qualify for the specified opted language test.
