SBI Clerk 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for SBI Clerk 2022 exam.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must graduate from a recognized university in any discipline.
• Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 30.11.2022.
• Those who are in the final year/ semester of their graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 30.11.2022.

Age Limit (As on 01.08.2022)

Not below 20 years and not above 28 years as on 01.08.2022, i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1994 and not later than 01.08.2002 (both days inclusive).

SBI Clerk 2022 Selection Process

The selection process for the SBI Clerk 2022 consists of two phases:

• Prelims Exam
• Mains Exam

NOTE:

• 1/4th of mark assigned for question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
• Candidates are required to score a minimum percentage marks on aggregate (For SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ESM/DESM candidates, 5% relaxation available thereon).
• Minimum qualifying marks on aggregate will be as decided by the bank.

The starting Basic Pay is Rs.19900/- (Rs.17900/- plus two advance increments admissible to graduates)

SBI Clerk 2022 How to Apply

No other mode of application other than online application will be accepted. After registration candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking.

Guidelines for Filling Online Application Form

• Candidates should first scan their photograph, signature, left hand thumb impression and hand-written declaration as detailed under guidelines for scanning the photograph and signature (Annexure-II).
• The text for the hand-written declaration is as follows: “I, (Name of the candidate), Date of Birth hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left thumb impression is of mine”.
• Fill the application carefully. Once the application is filled in completely, candidates should submit the data.
• Once all the details are thoughly checked in the online application form then candidates are required to pay fees. Fee can be paid by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen.
