The notification for one of the most awaited Banking exams SBI Clerk 2022 is expected to be out soon! SBI clerk or officially known as SBI Junior Associate Exam is conducted annually by SBI. In order to recruit dynamic and young individuals in junior-level associate posts. The exam comprises prelims and mains exam. SBI does a state-wise selection of candidates and a candidate can apply for one state only. In addition, there is no interstate movement allowed for junior associates. Q 1. What is the starting and closing date of Online registration for SBI Clerk 2022?
SBI will soon notify about the SBI Clerk 2021 Online registration starting date through a notification. The notification is expected to be released in April 2022.

Q 2. When will the SBI Clerk 2021 Exam be conducted?
The dates for SBI Clerk 2021 preliminary exam will be out soon. Candidates will be informed about the Prelims exam date via the 2022 notification which is expected to be realed in the coming April.

Q 3. How many vacancies have been released by SBI for this year?
SBI will announce the total number of vacancies for this year for SBI Clerk (Junior Associates) 2022 through the upcoming notification. In 2021, the SBI has released the notification for a total of 5000+ posts.

Q 4. What are the eligibility criteria for SBI Clerk 2021?

  • Candidates should have a Graduation degree (Graduates) in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government, provided the date of passing the graduation is on or before 16th August 2021.
  • Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificates can also apply. They also have to produce the date of passing the graduation on or before 16th August 2021.

Q 5. I am in the final year of graduation. Am I eligible?

Yes, a final year Graduate can also apply for the post. But your eligibility is subjected to the condition that if called for the interview, you will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 16th August 2021.

Q 6. How many times I can appear for SBI Clerk 2022 exam?

There is no such fixed number of attempts for this exam. If you satisfy all eligibility criteria, you can apply for this post.

Q 7. What is the age limit for SBI Clerk 2021 exam?

The age of the applicant should not be below 20 years and not above 28 years as on April 01, 2021.

Q 8. I have scored 59.5% marks in Graduation. Am I eligible for SBI Clerk 2022?
The official 2021 notification mentioned nothing regarding the percentage requirement. You need to fill in the percentage obtained in graduation nearest to two decimals in the online application. In case your college/university awards CGPA/ OGPA, the same should be converted into a percentage and indicated in the online application. If selected for the interview, the candidate will have to produce a certificate issued by the appropriate authority stating the norms of the University regarding the conversion of Grade into a Percentage.

Q 9. How do I apply for the SBI Clerk 2022 exam?

  • In order to apply for SBI Clerk 2021, candidates will have to register themselves online through SBI’s website www.sbi.co.in/careers or https://ibpsonline.ibps.in/sbijascapr21/ and open the appropriate Online Application Form, available in the current openings.  After registration, candidates are required to pay the application fee online mode by using a debit card/ credit card/Internet Banking.
  • Only after the submission of the online application fee, the online registration of the candidate will be considered successful.
  • Before applying, the candidates must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the post as of the date of eligibility.

Q 10. What is SBI Clerk Prelims 2021 exam pattern and what are the changes in it?

Q 11. What is the exam pattern of the Mains exam for SBI Clerk Recruitment 2022?

SBI Clerk 2022 Mains Exam will be conducted for a total of 200 Marks. There is a separate marking scheme for individual sections as well. The detailed SBI Clerk Main 2021 exam pattern is as follows –

Q 12. Is there any penalty for marking wrong answers in SBI Clerk Prelims and Main Exam?

Yes, in both phases, 1/4 marks of the marks allotted to the question will be deducted for a wrong answer marked by the candidate. There is no penalty for unmarked answers.

Q 13. What is the Application fee for SBI Clerk exam?

We will get to know about the application fee through a new notification. But it is quite possible that the application fee will be equal to previous year’s application fee. Given below is the application fee details for SBI Clerk2021:
