• The applicant should be a resident of India or
• A resident of Nepal or
• A resident of Bhutan
• A Tibetan exile who approached India, before the first of January 1962 with the expectation of all time getting comfortable in India, or
• An individual of Indian beginning who has relocated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the goal of all-time getting comfortable in India.

1. What is the minimum qualification for a candidate to apply for RRB JE?

Ans: A degree or a three-year diploma in the field of Civil Engineering or B.Sc in Civil Engineering, OR a degree or diploma with a combination of Civil Engineering from a Recognized University, OR a degree or diploma in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, automobile, tools and die, etc.

2. Candidates those who are in their final year of Graduation and waiting for their degree or diploma certificate can apply for RRB JE Exam?

Ans: Candidates those who are waiting for Final results of the prescribed educational qualification are not eligible to apply for the RRB JE exam.

3. Is there any Negative Marking in RRB JE Exam?

Ans: Yes, there is negative marking. For each wrong answer, 1/3rd of the marks allotted for each question shall be deducted.
