The Grade B officers working in RBI are eligible to get Perks and Allowances including Dearness Allowance, Local Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family Allowance, and Grade Allowance. The initial monthly salary is Rs. 1,08,404 (approx). House Rent Allowance of 15% and is paid only if the accommodation is provided by the bank.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) conducts Phase 1, 2, and Interviews for the recruitment of Grade B officers. Candidates will appointed as Grade B officers.
