RBI Grade B selection process is conducted online for Phase 1 and 2 examinations. The exam is conducted in Phase 1 and Phase 2 to determine the candidates’ knowledge in General Awareness, English, Aptitude, Finance and Economic Issues.

Phase 2 exam consists of objective and descriptive questions asked from sections English, Economic and Social Issues, and Finance & Management.
