- There will be 200 questions from 5 sections; English language, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, and Reasoning Ability
- The time duration of RBI Assistant Mains Exam is 135 minutes. Section-wise timing has been mentioned below.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer, no deduction for unanswerd questions.
- The questions will be of Objective type
- Except English Language, other sections will be in English and Hindi language.
- Candidates qualifying Mains Exam will be called for Language Proficiency Test and marks will be counted in preparing merit list.
Language Proficiency Test (LPT) 2021
The candidates provisionally shortlisted from the main online examination will have to undergo a language proficiency test (LPT). The language proficiency test will be conducted in the Official / Local Language of the State concerned as detailed below. Candidate who are not proficient in the official/ Local Language will be disqualified.
Only such number of candidates will be called for the Language Proficiency Test who stand sufficiently high in merit based on the aggregate marks of the main on-line examination, Such merit will be decided by the Bank in relation to the number of notified vacancies to be filled in.
