If you ain’t reading the editorial section of a prominent newspaper on a daily basis, start doing it right away. Reading editorials on different topics will make you acquainted with topics of different genres. It will also increase your reading speed. Don’t just read for the sake of reading but comprehend it as well. Monitor and increase your reading speed. Consider taking help of different websites to sharpen your word-power and more importantly, use the new words in your conversation or while writing. It will help you in memorizing its meaning.

Tip- You get 20 minutes to answer 30 questions. Start with the questions on easy topics. Even RC has a handful of easy questions. Learn to identify them. Practice an RC on an alternate day basis.

RBI Assistant Preparation Tips

  1. Acquaint yourself properly with the complete section-wise syllabus of RBI Assistant.
  2. There shouldn’t be any confusion in RBI Assistant exam pattern as in how many questions from each section will be asked and how much time will be provided to you.
  3. Practice as many questions as possible covering the maximum number of topics of all the topics.
  4. When you practice mock tests or sectional tests, please be mindful of negative marking.
  5. Don’t take help from outside sources (textbook, calculator) when practicing mock tests.
  6. Keep an eye on your All India Rank and try to improve your performance accordingly.
  7. Take your time to review the analysis after submitting a mock test. Focus more on your weak areas which will obviously help you in improving your score.
