Note: This year, a total of 926 RBI Assistant vacancies have been announced by the Reserve Bank of India.

The application fee for the RBI Assistant exam is Rs. 450 for Gen & OBC candidates and Rs. 50 for SC/ST/PWD/EXS candidates. You can use Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets to make an online payment for the application. You can expect the release of RBI Grade-B admit cards generally a few weeks before the exam date. You can download the admit cards from the official RBI website.

Note: There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks in this exam for every wrong answer given by the candidate. But no marks will be deducted for the question that is not attempted by a candidate.
The final stage of the recruitment will be the Language Proficiency Test (LPT). The candidates who will clear the mains exam will then have to appear for the LPT. The LPT will be conducted in the Official/Local language of the concerned state.
