The preparation of SSC CHSL aspirants must be going on in full swing. And why not? After all the exam will be taking place on June 26 and there is no better time to get ready for this exam than now. This is one of the most important sections of the SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam, which is a computer-based test conducted for various posts such as PA, SA, Data Entry Operator, etc. This section tests your ability to solve problems logically and analytically, and requires a good understanding of concepts and practice of various types of questions. Here are some points to keep in mind while preparing for this section:

Know SSC CHSL Tier 2 Syllabus and Exam Pattern

The first step in your preparation is to know the syllabus and exam pattern of Reasoning and General Intelligence for SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam. The syllabus covers topics such as Symbolic/ Number Analogy, Trends, Figural Analogy, Space Orientation, Semantic Classification, Venn Diagrams, Symbolic/ Number Classification, etc. The exam pattern consists of two sessions: Session I and Session II. In Session I, you have to attempt three sections: Section I (Mathematical abilities and Reasoning & Gen Intelligence), Section II (English Language & Comprehension and General Awareness), and Section III (Computer Knowledge Module). In Session II, you have to attempt only Section III (Skill test). The total duration of Session I is 2 hours and 15 minutes, and the total duration of Session II is 10 minutes for LDC/JSA and 15 minutes for DEO.
