Hope! you all are going to appear in the SBI Clerk Prelims Exam. as you know very well SBI is going to take Prelims Exam in the month of June but due to COVID, exam has been postponed, new exam dates haven’t been released yet but most probably exam will take place in the starting week of July because SBI has already announced its Mains Examination Date. As per notification Mains Exam will be held on 31st July, 2021.
In this article, we will share One Month Strategy to Clear SBI Clerk Exam 2021. But before discussing it, first we will share exam pattern and syllabus of SBI Clerk Exam. After that we will share one month preparation strategy for SBI Clerk Exam.

NOTE:
Prelims Exam is just Qualifying in nature and every candidate has to be qualified in all the three sections by securing minimum sectional cut-off marks along with overall cut-off, that has to be decided by SBI. After that candidates are eligible to sit in the mains examination.
There is a negative marking of 1/4 mark per question for each wrong answer.
SBI Clerk Prelims 2020 Exam Syllabus :
In this section, we will discuss complete syllabus of SBI Clerk Prelims 2020 examination in detail. As you all know SBI Clerk recruitment exam has two phase: Prelims, Mains. First two phase are online exams after clearing both phase you will be short-listed and selected for SBI Clerical post. And if, we check the syllabus of SBI Clerk Prelims 2020 exam, it is bit different from SBI Clerk Mains 2020 exam. But in this article we will only discuss Prelims exam syllabus. For Mains exam, we will soon come up with article in which we will share complete syllabus of mains exam and its preparation strategy. So now, Let’s have a look at the syllabus of SBI Clerk Prelims 2020 exam:
i. For this topic, improve your reading skill. We have already shared the above important tips “how can you improve your reading habit” . Follow it sincerely.
ii. Do practice a different variety of three to four sentence rearrangements on a daily basis.
iii. Attempt parajumble or sentence rearrangement quizzes as much as you can.
Error Detection
i. Do practice ten to fifteen questions on a daily basis.
ii. Learn grammar rules. To improve grammar, you can follow – “SP Bakshi” book.
iii. For practicing the questions, you can follow – “Mirror of Common Errors” book.
Misspelled Words
i. Do practice ten to fifteen questions on a daily basis.
ii. For this topic read one editorial on a daily basis and it will help to make you familiar with new types of words.
iii. And mug up all difficult words which come in the editorial.
iv. Practice as much as you can. Give more quizzes, attempt sectional test and mock test.
ii. Do practice at least 10 questions on a daily basis.
Numerical Ability Section:
Approximation/Simplification
At least ten questions are being asked from simplification and approximation topic.
You would have to do practice at least 20 questions from simplification and 20 questions from approximation.
You would have to learn fast calculation.
Try to do calculation in mind, you will save time in the examination.
For fast calculation you would have to learn square roots up to 50, cube roots up to 30, tables up to 20 and also learn tricks for fast multiplication, addition, subtraction.
Try to practice at least 10 questions on a daily basis or as much as you can.
Number Series:- Wrong/Missing Series
Five Questions are being asked from this topic. So, practice as much as you can.
Try to do practice at least ten questions of wrong series and ten questions of missing series on a daily basis.
Data Interpretation – Pie Charts, Tabular, Bar and Linear Graphs:-
At least two to three sets of data interpretation are being asked in the exam and each set has five questions.
Practice at least four to five sets of different types of Data Interpretation questions based on line graph, bar graph, pie chart, tabular, and caselets on a daily basis.
Must Practice those types of DI in which you are weak.
You would have to attempt a mock test and give more and more sectional quizzes for the Quantitative Aptitude section.
Nowadays examiners are asking moderate level new pattern type coding decoding questions.
Sometimes the examiner asks simple and easy coding and decoding questions. But you have to prepare new pattern of both moderate as well as easy level questions.
Practice four sets on a daily basis because five questions are being asked in the examination.
Data Sufficiency
The possibility of this topic coming in is very low. But you can’t neglect it.
If the examiner wants to take a moderate to difficult level exam then he can be asked questions from this topic.
Puzzles – Box based, Floor, Calendar, Day/Months based, etc.
This is the super most important topic and approx fifteen to twenty questions are being asked in the examination.
Practice at least four to five sets of puzzles on a daily basis.
