During the training period, NLC GETs will receive a basic pay of Rs. 50,000/- along with Dearness allowance and common Allowance (35% of basic pay) per month. Upon training completion, GETs will be placed in E-3 Grade, within the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000, starting with a basic monthly salary of Rs. 60,000. Additionally, they will receive an annual Performance Pay and qualify for Superannuation benefits equivalent to 30% of their Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance, following established regulations.
