NICL recruitment notification was out recently and the NICL AO 2024 online registration starts today. National Insurance Company Ltd. invites applications for recruitment of 274 administrative officers in Scale I cadre. In this article we are mentioning all important details related to the NICL AO examination including important dates, vacancies and online registration start and end date.

As candidates can check the above table of NICL AO important dates, today is the day from when the online registrations are starting and this will end on 22nd Jan 2024. So, those who are interested to attempt this exam for 274 vacancies must not wait any time in completing the online regsitration and must gear up for this year’s exams by start preparing for the NICL AO 2024.

As far as educational qualification is concerned, candidate should possess certificate in proof of passing the qualifying examination as on 01.12.2023. The minimum educational qualification required for various disciplines are:

Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 30 Years as on 01.12.2023 i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.12.1993 and not later than 01.12.2002 (both dates inclusive).
As far as the NICL AO selection procedure is concermed the selection process is conducted into two phases:
Phase I : Preliminary Examination online
Phase II : Mains Examination Online

NOTE:
NICL AO Mains Exam Pattern
Mains exam includes Objective Tests (Multiple Choice type Questions) for 250 marks and Descriptive Test for 30 Marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive Test by typing on the computer. Immediately after completion of Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be administered.

Descriptive Test: The descriptive Test of 30 Minutes duration with 30 marks will be a Test of English Language (Essay – 10 Marks, Précis – 10 & Comprehension – 10 marks). The descriptive test will be in English and will be conducted through on-line mode.
