NABARD Grade A Exam Pattern 2024 For Mains
Candidates can take a look at the detailed NABARD Grade A Exam Pattern 2024 for the Mains Exam. The Main exam consists of two papers i.e. General English (Paper I) and Economic & Social Issues and Agriculture & Rural Development (Paper II). The time to attempt questions from Paper I and Paper II is 90 Minutes.

NABARD Grade A Selection Process
The selection process for NABARD Grade A comprises three stages Prelims, Mains, and Interview. To become Assistant Manager in NABARD, candidates need to qualify for three rounds of the selection process.
- Prelims: The first round of selection in NABARD Grade A Recruitment is the Prelims exam. Candidates have to face 200 objective-based questions in English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Economic & Social Issues, Decision Making, Agriculture & Rural Development, and General Awareness. The total time provided to face 200 questions is 120 minutes.
- Mains: Candidates after qualifying prelims exam have to appear in Mains. NABARD Grade A Mains exam consists of an objective and descriptive set of questions. There are two papers in mains English, and Economic & Social Issues, Agriculture & Rural Development. A separate time of 90 minutes is allotted to complete Papers 1 and 2.
- Interview: The last and final round in recruitment of NABARD Grade A is the interview. Candidates appear in interviews to show communication skills, knowledge, and abilities to handle managerial tasks in the National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development.
