NABARD Grade A Selection Process
The selection process for NABARD Grade A comprises three stages: Prelims, Mains, and Interview. To become Assistant Manager in NABARD, candidates need to qualify for three rounds of the selection process.
- Prelims: The first round of selection in NABARD Grade A Recruitment is the Prelims exam. Candidates have to face 200 objective-based questions in English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Economic & Social Issues, Decision Making, Agriculture & Rural Development, and General Awareness. The total time provided to face 200 questions is 120 minutes.
- Mains: Candidates, after qualifying in the prelims exam, have to appear in the Mains. The NABARD Grade A Mains exam consists of an objective and descriptive set of questions. There are two papers in mains English, and Economic & Social Issues, Agriculture & Rural Development. A separate time of 90 minutes is allotted to complete Papers 1 and 2.
- Interview: The last and final round in the recruitment of NABARD Grade A is the interview. Candidates appear in interviews to show communication skills, knowledge, and abilities to handle managerial tasks in the National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development.
