NABARD Grade A 2021 Exam: A total of 148 vacancies have been so far announced by the prestigious National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development. The NABARD Grade A as a banking exam is often treated with the same level of respect aspirants shower for RBI Grade B or for SEBI Grade A exams. NABARD Grade A Perks and other Benefits

Pay-scale	basic pay of Rs.28150/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)–46600–EB-1750(4)-53600- 2000(1)-55600 applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’ and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 70,000/-.
Perquisites	Bank’s accommodation subject to availability, reimbursement of expenses for maintenance of vehicle for official purpose, newspaper, internet, telephone charges, book grant, allowance for furnishing of residence, etc. as per eligibility. Free dispensary facility besides reimbursement of medical expenses for OPD treatment/hospitalisation as per eligibility. Interest free festival advance, Leave Travel Concession, Loans and Advances at concessional rates of interest for Housing, Car, Education of children, Consumer articles, Personal computer, etc.
New Pension Scheme	NPS policy governed under “the defined contribution to New Pension Scheme (NPS)’ in addition to the benefits of Gratuity and Optional Group Term Insurance Plan.
Residential Quarters	At certain centres, limited number of residential quarters are available. Facility for securing residential accommodation on lease, however, exists at all centres.
Transfer Policy	You can be posted or transferred anywhere in India

NABARD Grade A Probation Period

Any employee who gets recruited via the NABARD Grade A exam has to undergo at least a two-year probation period. However, the same periods can be extended further up to one more year. You basically get recruited as a trainee, and when your probationary time period ends, you are given a management position at the bank.

• You work under the purview of the Chief General Manager and perform all the clerical and managerial tasks assigned by them.

• It is getting familiar with and participating in rural area activities associated with the banking industry and the state government.
