NABARD Grade A 2021 Exam: The cut-off analysis for 2021 is a tricky affair due to the recent changes announced in the exam pattern by NABARD in its current recruitment notification for Grade A officers. Looking at the changes made has made the exam much more competitive and has made no significant changes in the vacancy list. 2021 will be the very first year to have a paper with all the new recent changes. The new changes made in the exam pattern this year will influence the 2021 cut-off.
Changes made in the exam pattern by NABARD for the 2021 exam A decision-making section has been introduced for the very first time in the phase-1 paper. Qualifying and merit sections concept is also being introduced this year. The candidate will be shortlisted on the marks scored in the sections (GA, ESI, and ARD.) A descriptive section will also be added for the phase-2 paper of ESI and ARD. The interview round would now carry 50 marks. The calling ratio to qualify for the mains examination and interview would be a maximum of 1:25 and 1:3, respectively. The ratio may be suitably reduced at the discretion of the bank. Conclusion Due to all tye new changes introduced it is very difficult to come up with a sound cut-off analysis this year. It’s better to prepare for the best and follow the changes and incorporate them well in the coming exam.
