Junior Engineers (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Quantity Surveying and Contracts) are in high demand in various Departments/ Organizations of the Government of India. To recruit the best candidates for these posts, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) organizes a national-level competitive exam called the SSC JE Exam.
The exam has two phases: Paper 1 is an online test with multiple-choice questions, and Paper 2 is an offline test with descriptive questions. Only those who clear both papers will be invited for document verification. SSC JE Tier-I Exam is scheduled to be conducted from 09th to 11th October 2023.
