The starting basic pay will be Rs. 23,700. The Increment will be in 4 stages. The Salary after 1st Increment will be Rs. 30560, after 2nd it will be Rs. 32,850 and Rs. 42,020 after 3rd Increment. It will be applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I. The officer will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/ Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical, and other allowances and perquisites as per rules in force from time to time. In addition, the total compensation per annum on a CTC basis will be a minimum of 8.20 lacs, and a maximum of 13.08 lacs, depending on the place of posting and other related factors.
