The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) is responsible for regulating and licensing the insurance and re-insurance industries in India. They have announced 45 vacancies for Assistant Manager posts to be filled through IRDAI Recruitment 2023 for various departments.
The selection process for IRDAI Assistant Manager Recruitment 2023 includes an Online Examination, Descriptive Test, Interview, Document Verification, and Medical Examination. Each stage needs to be qualified to get shortlisted for the said vacancies. The first two phases are online examinations of subjects and topics and are given below:

There are 40 questions of reasoning, of total 40 marks in the Prelims. Reasoning is not included in phase II.

Here are some handy tips to prepare for IRDAI Assistant Manager Exam;
Go through the syllabus of the Reasoning section thoroughly to understand the topics, concepts, and types of questions that can be asked in the exam.
Develop a strong foundation in the basics of reasoning, including topics such as coding-decoding, direction sense, seating arrangements, syllogism, blood relations, etc.
Solve previous year’s papers to get an idea of the types of questions that can be asked in the exam.
