  • Scoring & Penalties: Each item is worth 0.25 of the total when the candidate answers it incorrectly. There will be no penalty for questions left unanswered.

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

  • There are different passing standards of the OT as well as a minimum combined score that the candidates have to meet in order to be considered further for selection.
  • The standard cut-off scores vary with the number of vacancies that the bank has to fill. These cut-offs may differ in terms of categories which include General, OBC, SC/ST, and zones.

Selection After Online Test:

Those students who successfully clear the Online Test will be selected for further rounds, depending on one’s rank in the test. The candidates will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) depending on the number of positions available and the scores they have achieved.

IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Personal Interview

The Personal Interview is the second round of the selection process. Candidates who pass the online test which is the second round of the selection process will be eligible to appear in the personal interview round.

Key Points about PI:

  • Language Options: The interview will be conducted in English but candidates will have an option to provide their answers either Hindi or English.
  • Marking: The total marks for the interview will be 100, and the candidate will need an absolute minimum of passing marks, which is 50 percent for the general category, and 45 percent for universally reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC, and PWD.
  • Final Selection: Those candidates who pass the Online Test as well as the Personal Interview will be included in the select list. Therefore, the Online Test and Personal Interview scores are going to be summed up to obtain the decisive candidate ranking.

Final Score Calculation:

The final score will be calculated by a weighted average of the Online Test and Interview scores:

  • Final Score = 3/4 of OT Score + 1/4 of PI Score

This obtained score will also be added to the candidate’s total score to come up with a final merit list.
