IDBI ESO/ JAM 2023 Exam Pattern
For ESO: The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
For JAM: The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

Note:
- The above tests except the tests of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
- Candidates have to qualify in each of the four tests, by securing cut-off marks as decided by the Bank.
- For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected/final score.

Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Understand the core concepts of each topic in logical reasoning.

- Apply shortcuts and tricks while solving the logical reasoning questions.

English Language
- Start reading the newspaper daily, paying special attention to the editorial section.

- Regularly practice Reading Comprehension and the Cloze Test.
- Solve previous year papers and sample papers to ensure that you have the habit of reading and answering.
Quantitative Aptitude
- Practice each and every quantitative aptitude topic thoroughly.
- Manage time smartly during preparation.
- Stay focused and consistent while practicing.
General/Economy/Banking Awareness/ Computer/ IT
- Candidates must go through the past 3 to 6 months of current affairs and revise most important static GK topics.

- Attempt previous question papers, mock tests, practice sets, quizzes and other study materials to strategize your preparation on Computer Awareness for banking.
