The biggest challenge with IDBI Assistant Manager is a single chance being given to crack the exam. There are no prelims. You only have one shot and it’s over.

No bank exam has a pattern for GA which consists of 60 questions or so. In order to be fully prepared, one needs to practice well as per the exam pattern made by the examiner.

IDBI AM 2021 does offer some advantages if looked at it from a fresh perspective. It is true it might not be the most reliable banking job in the market, especially if compared with SBI PO. But having an option or a backup is always recommended. You can always prepare for another job but you can never earn or make a financial living for the time lost.
The job profile includes multitasking, handling clerical jobs, business development, branch-specific tasks, implementation of tasks set up by senior employees, and customer services, which are some of the prominent workings of an IDBI Assistant Manager.
