IBPS SO Shift Timing 2024: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the IBPS SO 2024c exam every Year for the candidates aspiring to secure positions in various specialized roles such as IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, Marketing Officer, and more. The IBPS SO Prelims exam will be conducted on 9th November 2024 in four Shifts. IBPS SO Shift Timing 2024

The IBPS SO prelims exam will be conducted on 9th November 2024 in four shifts. Candidates can check detailed shift timing including Reporting Time, Exam Start Time, and Exam End Time in the article below.

IBPS SO Prelims Exam General Instruction

Candidates need to follow these strict guidelines in order to have a hassle-free day at the venue:

Carry Important Documents

Admit Card: Keep along with your IBPS SO 2024 admit card, having the name of the shift, report time, and the exam centre.
ID Proof: Bring any valid photo ID for the verification process, which can be an Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License.
Photo: Carry a passport-size photo, the same as uploaded with your application form 

Reporting Time

Report to the test centre at least half an hour before the reporting time printed on your Admit card. The candidates who report after the scheduled reporting time will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
The biometric verification will be done at the reporting time, and hence reporting on time is crucial.

Prohibited Items

Electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, and any other communications or electronic items are strictly not permitted in the examination hall.
Carry bags, wallets, or any other unnecessary items should not be brought to the examination centre as there would be no place to keep them.

Items Not Allowed inside the Examination

The following items are NOT allowed inside the examination centre:-

• Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of paper, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner etc.
• Any communication device like Mobile Phone. Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band etc.-(c) Other items like Goggles, Handbags, Hair-pin, Hair-band, Belt, Cap, etc.
• All ornament like Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Badge, brooch etc. will be thoroughly checked.
• Any watch/Wrist Watch, Camera, devices with screen freeze or storage facilities etc.
• Any metallic item
• Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle etc.
• Any other item which could be used for unfair means for hiding communication devices like camera, blue tooth devices etc.
