IBPS RRB conducts exams yearly to recruit clerks and POs in respective RRBs (Regional Rural Banks). The selection for the post of Officers Scale I, II & III involves three levels Prelim, Main, and Interview. Final merit for RRB PO prepared considering marks scored by candidates in Mains and Interview. The Prelims exam of PO is of qualifying nature. RRB Probationary Officer 2023 selection process involves three levels: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview. Final Merit list is prepared from the Main examination and interview scores. Then, IBPS starts allotting banks to qualified candidates on the final merit list.
Preliminary exam pattern includes 80 questions for 80 marks and the time duration is of 45 minutes. Negative marking is ¼ for wrong questions. The Prelim exam is of a qualifying nature and candidates need to score cut-off marks (sectional & overall) to clear the exam.
