As far as the educational qualification is concerned:

— Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.

— Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s*

If an aspirant is pursuing his or her final year then that candidate will have to submit their proofs for passed the graduate degree during their process of interview.

As far as selection process of IBPS RRB OA selection procedure is concerned there are only two phases which a candidate has to go through.  

• Phase I – Preliminary Examination
• Phase II – Mains Examination

There is no Interview process involved in the selection of IBPS RRB Office Assistant 2020 exam. Selection will purely be made on the basis of the marks obtained by a candidate in his IBPS RRB OA mains 2020 exam.

• Negative Marking of 0.25 per incorrect answer is applicable.
• Aspirants need to clear the Overall & Sectional Cut-offs to qualify for the Mains exam 
• Marks of Prelims will be considered only for the Mains Exam and not in the final selection.
