IBPS RRB Office Assistant 2021 Salary

So, here let’s talk about the IBPS RRB Clerk’s salary in a bit detail. As far as their salary structure is concerned it lies between the range of Rs. 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300. The bifurcation of the pay scale is as below:

Rs. 7200-400/3: Rs 7200 refers to the initial basic pay for first 3 years. After the end of each year an increment will be given of Rs 400.

8400-500/3: Once the office assistant or a clerk completes 3 years, the basic pay will be increased by Rs 8400 for the next 3 years with the increment of Rs 500 after the end of each year.

Similarly, there will be an increase in the basic pay along with an increment at the end of each year. If we talk about the basic in hand salary of an IBPS RRB OA and Office assistant would be eligible for Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 in-hand salary including allowances such as the Dearness allowance (DA), City Compensatory allowance (CCA) and House Rent allowance (HRA)

Since IBPS RRB Office Assistant has not released the recruitment notification of 2021, let’s explain the eligibility criteria as per the previous year which was 2020. According to the 2020 eligibility criteria and age:

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02.06.1991 and later than 01.06.2001 (both dates inclusive)
